DO you like to sing along to music in the car or the radio and turn it up to join in? How good do you feel when you are singing?

Do you enjoy singing and looking for a reason to get out of the house? Want to meet like-minded people and start your week with a smile?

If you have answered yes to all of these questions, then why not join in at Kelty Community Centre on Monday October 31, 9.15-10.30am for a ‘feel good’ singalong.

Community Worker Mairi Fowkes said: "There is scientific evidence to prove that singing regularly improves your mood, how you are feeling and can also have a positive effect on pain!

"So if you are feeling a bit fed up with winter coming and looking for a reason to leave the house and meet other people, why not come and join us every Monday until Christmas.

"This will be singing for fun with upbeat and songs you will know and you can enjoy a cup of tea and biscuit too!

"If you are dropping the kids of at school, then looking for something fun to do, why not join Happy Harmonies in Kelty, every Monday.

"This is a community project, everyone welcome and if this is popular, we will look at other times in the week to suit people who are working or families who can’t manage a morning".
